We attempt to ship orders on the same day if they reach us before 2.30pm on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and before 9.30am on Weds.

We use Royal Mail and send your parcels by 1st class post. We aim to despatch your orders within 24 hours and will notify you in the unlikely circumstances of there being a problem. You can see a table of our postage charges below, these charges include small packaging and handling fee.
FREE Second Class shipping within the UK is available on orders above £20.00, simply select the Free Shipping option if your order qualifies when you check out.

RETURNS POLICY
You are entitled to a cooling off period which means that you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it without giving a reason. You must email us stating that you wish to cancel the order and goods must be returned within 21 days, in an unused condition, at your own expense. Please obtain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods which do not arrive. No returns will be accepted without prior contact and partial returns will not be accepted. A refund will be given when goods are received in a satisfactory condition.
We will take care that your order is correct. However, if the items you receive are faulty or not what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. When the goods are received by us, a full refund including postage will be given.
All of the above does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact us quoting your full name and order number. Please write 'cancellation' in the subject box. We will acknowledge cancellations of your order by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us, then your order has not been cancelled.
If you order is despatched before you wish to cancel it, you can return the items (see returns policy) but we cannot refund the postage charged.
