How to use this site

Your Create and Knit Account

You need to register an account with us before you can make a purchase. (Note: you can browse and add things to the shopping cart without having an account). If you are concerned about registering your details, please read our Privacy Notice, we will not share your details with third parties. You are given the option to sign up for our newsletter – this will keep you up-to-date with new stock and any offers.

To purchase items from our store, simply click on the menu to browse our yarns and then click on the type of yarn you wish to buy. Enter the amount of each item in the 'quantity' box and add them to the shopping cart.

The Shopping Cart

When viewing your Shopping Cart you can estimate the postage costs by clicking on the 'Estimate Shipping' link before you commit to the purchase.

If you are happy with the total of your order, click on 'checkout'. If you are not logged in or registered, you will be prompted to do so.

Please then confirm your delivery information and add any special delivery instructions.

Payment

You will then be asked to enter your payment details. At the moment, we can only accept payments through paypal, you do not need a paypal account to use your credit/debit cards through paypal. If you sign up to our newsletter, we can notify you when we are able to accept credit card payments directly.

Cancellations

You can change your order or cancel it completely at any time until actually making a payment, simply by going back to the 'shopping cart'. If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been made, please see Shipping and Returns for our cancellation policy.
